ARCHITECTURE

23’600 sq m of scalable rental space is spread over three building elements. From the HEAD across the BRIDGE to the TOWER with 17 floors and 68 metres in height. The building, designed by renowned Zurich architecture firm EM2N, has a total length of 140 metres and contains up to 3’000 sq m of office space on one floor. Thanks to well thought-through interior design, all the workplaces enjoy pleasant amounts of daylight. These include flexible, sub-dividable rental units, a technically advanced extended basic structure with raised floors and upgraded ventilation/air conditioning.

CLOUD or ORBIT? These are the names of two of the room concepts that serve as your inspiration. Design studio werkhof AG has developed two sophisticated room concepts for ATMOS, where wall, floor, ceiling, furniture and lighting design are in perfect unison with the rooms' layouts and sizes.

ATMOS also stands for high quality outside space. The lively roof garden with its 1’500 sq m provides plenty of space for peace and inspiration. Smoking zones have been established that are within easy reach of the offices.

POCKETPARK

With pavilion

In addition to its winning architecture, the PAVILION adds value to the Zurich-West district. Its charming café is an inviting place to meet and enjoy.

SUSTAINABILITY AND

Technology

From planning (with the most recent planning model BIM) up to construction and operation, high requirements are placed on sustainable construction. Comprehensive energy management ensures operational optimisation to keep energy consumption low and facility efficiency high. Heating is provided by district heating. The new building complies with the Minergie-P-Eco standard.

Parking is available in the underground car park. The P-West car park is also nearby. Of course, ATMOS is also easily accessible by bicycle or public transport.
